Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH übernehmen Sie in Luzern die fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Leitung einer chirurgischen Pflegestation. In einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 % führen Sie Ihr Team im klinischen Alltag, entwickeln Mitarbeitende gezielt weiter und gestalten eine Station mit, deren Prozesse, Rollen und Zusammenarbeit aktuell weiterentwickelt werden. Die unbefristete Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar und richtet sich an erfahrene Pflegefachpersonen, die Akutpflege mit klarer und präsenter Führung verbinden möchten.

Das erwartet Sie in dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Führung und Organisation einer chirurgischen Pflegestation
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen, herzlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege
  • Präsenz im Pflegealltag mit fachlicher Begleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Erkennen von Potenzialen sowie Mitwirkung in Projekten, Prozessoptimierungen und neuen Konzepten
  • Aktive Beteiligung an digitalen Entwicklungen und interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH (oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, BSc Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in bzw. DGKP)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Führungserfahrung sowie abgeschlossene oder geplante Führungsausbildung
  • Strukturierte, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende, Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Fachpersonen auf Augenhöhe zu begleiten, zu überzeugen und zu gewinnen
