Das REHAB Basel, Klinik für Neurorehabilitation und Paraplegiologie, behandelt und rehabilitiert Patienten\*innen mit Querschnittlähmung, Hirnverletzung sowie verwandten Krankheitsbildern nach Unfall oder Erkrankung. Unser oberstes Ziel ist es, zusammen mit den uns anvertrauten Menschen, die grösstmögliche Selbständigkeit und eine optimale Lebensqualität zu erreichen. Wir behandeln erfolgreich im Bereich der Erst- sowie Folgerehabilitation.

Die Klinik verfügt über 110 Betten und einen ambulanten Betrieb. Rund 660 Mitarbeiter\*innen setzen Visionen und Werte des REHAB Basel in ihrem Arbeitsalltag um. Sie arbeiten in einem einmaligen Gebäude im attraktiven Dreiländereck Schweiz, Deutschland und Frankreich.

Wir suchen für die Station für schwer verhaltensauffällige Patient\*innen (SAP) ab 01.01.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und innovative Stationsleitung 80%-100%.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich ###

Wir behandeln auf der SAP-Station Patient\*innen

  • die eine angepasste Betreuung rund um die Uhr brauchen
  • mit komplexen, schweren Funktionsstörungen
  • mit herausforderndem Verhalten mit Selbst- und Fremdgefährdung
  • die sich im Übergang von Frührehabilitation zur weiterführenden Rehabilitation befinden

Unsere Pflege ist gekennzeichnet durch

  • variable, auf die wechselnden Zustände unserer Patient\*innen abgestimmte Behandlung und Rehabilitation
  • Kontinuität, Geduld und dem Erkennen von kleinsten Veränderungen und Erfolgen
  • enger Einbezug der Angehörigen durch intensive Begleitung und Unterstützung in der Bewältigung der veränderten Lebenssituation
  • arbeiten in einem interprofessionellen, speziell geschulten Team
  • Respekt, Neugier und unkonventionellen Interventionen
  • Flexibilität im Umgang mit schnell wechselnden Situationen

 Als Stationsleitung sind Sie zuständig für die

  • Organisation einer effizienten Arbeitseinteilung und Überwachung der Abläufe
  • Unterstützung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden und Sicherung der Betreuungsqualität der Patient\*innen
  • Überblick über den Stand des Rehabilitationsverlaufs der Patient\*innen 
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Durchführung von strukturierten Fallbesprechungen
  • Mitarbeit im Leitungsteam der Pflege

 

Ihr Profil ###

  • Mehrjährige nachweisbare Pflegepraxis als diplomierte Pflegefachperson mit herausfordernden komplexen Pflegesituationen
  • Führungserfahrung und eine Führungsausbildung, bzw. die Motivation, eine solche Ausbildung zu besuchen
  • Sehr hohe Sozialkompetenz, Reflexionsbereitschaft, Selbstkompetenz, Belastbarkeit
  • Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Interesse und Freude die Expertise unterschiedlicher Berufsgruppen optimal zu bündeln
