In der Funktion als Stationsleitung der Akutabteilung sind Sie verantwortlich für die fachliche und personelle Führung und arbeiten praktisch in Ihrem Team mit. Sie unterstützen die Mitarbeitenden in der Sicherstellung des einwandfreien Betriebes des Tagesgeschäftes und bei der pflegerischen Betreuung im Akutbereich.

Als Regionalspital/Akutspital mit Rettungsdienst, Pflegeheim und Spitex sind wir für die medizinische Grundversorgung der Davoser Bevölkerung und Gäste zuständig. Genauso wichtig ist uns aber auch das Wohlbefinden unserer Mitarbeitenden. Bei uns arbeiten Sie in einem überschaubaren, für die Region jedoch äusserst wichtigen Betrieb. Wir pflegen ein kollegiales Arbeitsklima und geniessen die Nähe zur Natur sowie die zahlreichen Sport- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten von Davos.

Nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine führungsstarke Pflegefachperson HF/FH als

Stationsleitung Akutabteilung (80-100%) ##

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Umfassende pflegerische Betreuung der stationären und ambulanten Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Planung und Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses in enger Abstimmung mit dem diplomierten Pflegepersonal
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen Dienst sowie den interdisziplinären Diensten
  • Verantwortung für Führung, Einsatz und Entwicklung der direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden, Führen von regelmässigen Beurteilungsgesprächen
  • Unterstützung und Beratung des Pflegeteams in komplexen Pflegesituationen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Verantwortung über die Kostenstelle der Akutabteilung
  • Regelmässige Teilnahme an Pflegekadersitzungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Tertiärstufe im Pflegebereich und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital
  • Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, eine entsprechende Weiterbildung zu absolvieren
  • Freude an einem saisonal geprägten Betrieb mit intensiver Phase im Winter im vergrösserten Team, lebhaften Sommermonaten und ruhigeren Zeiten in der Zwischensaison
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit, hohe Sozialkompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Eigenverantwortliche, innovative und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang mit dem Team sowie den Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
