The posting

In unserem neu erbauten Alters- und Pflegeheim Huus Feldhof finden 108 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner ein angenehmes Zuhause, sowie 105 Mitarbeitende einen modernen Arbeitsplatz mit fortschrittlichen Anstellungsbedingungen. Bei uns stehen die Bewohnenden im Mittelpunkt.

Infolge Mutterschaft unserer Stelleninhaberin sucheen wir per 01.11.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als:

Stationsleitung Pflege (80 - 100%)

Wir erwarten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau-/mann Langzeitpflege und -betreuung mit eidg. Fachausweis oder Teamleitung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Flexible, belastbare und empathische Persönlichkeit 
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Führungserfahrung im Langzeitbereich von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Begleitung von Lernenden in der Ausbildung
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Tagesverantwortung, Stationsdiensten und Pikettdiensten
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Einstufungsmodel RAI LTCF oder NH von Vorteil
  • Sichere Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache in Wort und Schrift
