Als Stationsleiter/in Pflege übernehmen Sie in der chirurgischen Akutpflege in Luzern die fachliche und personelle Verantwortung für ein Pflegeteam. Die unbefristete Position richtet sich an Dipl. Pflegefachfrauen HF/FH und Dipl. Pflegefachmänner HF/FH mit Führungserfahrung und verbindet in einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 % Mitarbeiterführung, Verantwortung für die pflegerische Versorgung sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Pflegeprozessen. Der Eintritt erfolgt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe

  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung einer chirurgischen Pflegestation
  • Sie stellen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team eine qualitativ hochwertige und patientenorientierte Pflege sicher
  • Sie fördern und entwickeln Mitarbeitende und begleiten Lernende sowie Studierende im Berufsalltag
  • Sie erkennen Optimierungspotenziale und bringen aktiv Ideen in Prozesse und Projekte ein
  • Sie gestalten die Weiterentwicklung der Pflege sowie die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit aktiv mit

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich, idealerweise im chirurgischen Umfeld
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil oder klare Motivation, eine Führungsfunktion zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
