Sie sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen Herausforderung? Per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine\*n 60%

  • Verantwortung für das Abteilungstelefon, inklusive der schnellen und präzisen Weiterleitung von Informationen an die zuständigen Stellen.
  • Organisation und Führung des Bestellwesens für verschiedene Bereiche wie Apotheke, Pflegematerial und Büromaterial.
  • Übernahme diverser administrativer Aufgaben.
  • Richten von Medikamenten, sowie Protokollführung bei Sitzungen.
  • Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben nach Absprache.
  • Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf in der direkten Pflege am Bett mitzuarbeiten und das Team auch in pflegerischen Tätigkeiten zu unterstützen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachfrau\mann Gesundheit EFZ oder Med. Praxisassistent\in, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital.
  • Sehr gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse und Kenntnisse in der Patient\*innendokumentation.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und sehr gute Umgangsformen.
  • Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative.
  • Sehr gute Koordinations\- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Belastbarkeit.
