Sie sind Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF und auf der Suche nach einer neuen beruflichen Herausforderung? STB Personal AG bietet Ihnen spannende Möglichkeiten bei verschiedenen Kunden in der Deutschschweiz.

Je nach Erfahrung und Wunsch vermitteln wir Einsätze unter anderem in Akutspitälern, Pflegeheimen, Spitex-Organisationen, psychiatrischen Einrichtungen und weiteren Institutionen im Gesundheitswesen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechte und professionelle Pflege der Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Verantwortung für eine qualitativ hochwertige Pflege
  • Durchführung und Evaluation pflegerischer Massnahmen
  • Erkennen von gesundheitlichen Veränderungen und entsprechendes Handeln
  • Dokumentation und Sicherstellung des Pflegeverlaufs
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Patientinnen, Patienten und Angehörigen

Ihr Profil

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF oder gleichwertige Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit
