MediPersonal begleitet diplomierte Pflegefachpersonen, die im Raum Thun neue Entwicklungsschritte gehen möchten. Ihre Aufgaben

- Fachverantwortliche Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses unter Einhaltung professioneller Standards.

- Übernahme anspruchsvoller Pflegemaßnahmen inklusive klinischer Beurteilung, Implementierung therapeutischer Vorgaben und situativer Prioritätensetzung.

- Interprofessionelle Koordination zur Sicherstellung eines optimalen Versorgungsablaufs.

- Detaillierte, strukturierte Pflegedokumentation als Grundlage für Qualitätssicherung und Stellenvermittlung Thun.

- Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen, Weiterentwicklung der Pflegeorganisation und Umsetzung neuer Konzepte.

- Optional: Übernahme delegierter Leitungsaufgaben sowie Unterstützung in der fachlichen Teamführung.
