Funktion: Der/die Marketing & Schulung Assistent/in ist verantwortlich für die organisatorische, administrative und operative Unterstützung der Bereiche Schulung, Marketing und Trade Marketing. Die Funktion stellt einen professionellen Ablauf sicher und fungiert als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Verkauf, Marketing, Kunden und externen Partnern.

Hauptaufgaben: Schulungs- und Bildungskoordination • Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Schulungen, Weiterbildungen und Informationsveranstaltungen • Betreuung von Gästen, Kunden, Partnern und Schulungsteilnehmenden am Standort Schenkon • Vorbereitung der Schulungsräume und Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Infrastruktur • Administrative Vor- und Nachbereitung von Schulungen • Teilnehmerverwaltung und Dokumentation • Organisation von Verpflegung und weiteren Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Schulungen • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Schulungsprozessen Marketing & Trade Marketing • Anpassung und Verwaltung von A4 Flyern, A5 Flyer und derer Koordination • Unterstützung der Marketingmassnahmen Material- und Versandkoordination • Verwaltung und Koordination von Demonstrationsmaterialien, Ausstellungsobjekten und Leihgeräten • Organisation von Ausleihen und Rücknahmen • Planung und Koordination von Versandaufträgen • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Schulungs- und Verkaufsbroschüren Event- und Veranstaltungsorganisation • Organisation und Koordination von kleineren Kundenanlässen, Schulungen und kleineren Veranstaltungen • Unterstützung bei internen Teamanlässen und Mitarbeiterevents Allgemeine Administration • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs in Schenkon (Verpflegungsmaterial, Koordination Reinigung, Entsorgung, Koordination Ausstellungszentrum…) Kompetenzen und Verantwortung • Selbständige Organisation und Koordination der zugewiesenen Aufgabenbereiche • Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Gästen, Kunden und Partnern im Rahmen der Aufgabenwahrnehmung
