Arbeitest du gerne selbständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Das kannst du bewegen Du unterstützt die Abteilungsleitung Tagesstätte bei organisatorischen und operativen Themen im Alltag. Du übernimmst Verantwortung dafür, dass die agogische Arbeit im Team den Konzepten und Qualitätsstandards der Stiftung entspricht und gemeinsam weiterentwickelt wird. Du bist Ansprechperson für die Teammitglieder, Bewohner\*innen und Angehörigen. Vorgaben setzt du engagiert und loyal um und trägst die Werte und Leitlinien der Stiftung überzeugend mit. Organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit runden dein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet ab. Das bringst du mit Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Arbeitsagogin oder Sozialpädagogin. Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der agogischen Begleitung von Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf, idealerweise in einer Tagesstätte. Du bist kommunikativ, entscheidungsfreudig und verfügst über ein gutes Organisationsgeschick. Du denkst vernetzt, handelst vorausschauend und verstehst es, andere zu motivieren und Aufgaben sinnvoll zu delegieren. Du bist loyal und bereit, Führungsentscheide mitzutragen und im Alltag überzeugend zu vertreten.
