Die Stiftung Phönix Zug ( www.phoenix-zug.ch ) ist eine Non-Profit-Organisation die verschiedene Betreuungs- und Begleitangebote für psychisch beeinträchtigte Menschen an diversen Standorten im Kanton Zug bereitstellt. Die Tätigkeit der Stiftung Phönix Zug wird vom Kanton, von der Invalidenversicherung und aus Spendengeldern finanziert. Über 60 Personen arbeiten für die Stiftung und ihre Betriebe. In der Villa Hotz werden zwölf psychisch beeinträchtigte erwachsene Menschen betreut. Die durchschnittliche Aufenthaltsdauer beträgt rund eineinhalb bis zwei Jahre und dient vor allem der Neuorientierung und der Stärkung des Selbstvertrauens nach einer psychischen Krise sowie der sozialen und beruflichen Wiederintegration.

 Sie suchen eine vielseitige und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit mit einem eigenständigen Verantwortungsbereich? Bei uns erwartet Sie ein motiviertes Team von Fachpersonen und ein wunderschönes Arbeitsumfeld in Zug am See. Per 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine

Stv. Betriebsleitung 70 % (Villa Hotz) ##

Was Sie erwartet:

  • Umfassende Vertretung der Betriebsleitung bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Leitung von Sitzungen auf betrieblicher Stufe
  • Bezugspersonenarbeit mit Verantwortung über sämtliche Schritte im Betreuungsprozess der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung
  • Gewährleistung des Wohn- und Tagesstrukturangebotes für die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Unterstützung in der Alltagsbewältigung und der Reintegration der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im gesellschaftlichen Leben, sowie Erarbeitung von Zukunftsperspektiven
  • Koordination und Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses innerhalb des Teams, gegenüber Drittstellen und der Geschäftsleitung
  • Dokumentationsarbeit im System EasyDok, sowie Erstellung und Verfolgung der persönlichen Zielsetzungen der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Teilnahme an regelmässigen Teamsitzungen und Supervisionen, sowie Mitarbeit in internen stiftungsübergreifenden Arbeitsgruppen

Was wir erwarten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik FH oder HF/Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
  • Führungserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Betrieb erwünscht
  • Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Betreuung von psychisch kranken Menschen
  • Ausgeprägte Fach- und Sozialkompetenz, sowie Flexibilität im Denken und Handeln
  • Motivierte, einfühlsame und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Humor und mit Mut für Neues
  • Kompetenter Umgang mit komplexen, sich schnell ändernden Betreuungssituationen
  • Zeitgemässe IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft für Wochenenddienste und für telefonischen Pikettdienst (rotierend)
