Das erwartet dich #####

  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Vertretung der Filialleitung bei deren Abwesenheit und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Ablaufs des täglichen Geschäftsbetriebs
  • Unterstützung in der Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter: Planung der Mitarbeitereinsätze, umfassende Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder, Motivation und Unterstützung des Teams zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
  • Effektives Warenmanagement: Kontrolle und Analyse von Beständen, Durchführung von Bestellungen, kreative Warenpräsentation und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen
  • Organisation & Administration: Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Abrechnungen, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung betrieblicher Vorgaben, reibungslose Abwicklung von Kassenvorgängen
  • Kommunikation & Umsetzung: Effektive Weitergabe von Informationen an das Team, aktive Mitwirkung bei der Zielerreichung und Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur Optimierung der Prozesse
