Stellvertretende Leitung Gastronomie / Sous Chef 80% - 100% Deine Aufgaben sind Aktive Mitarbeit bei der täglichen Produktion sowie im gesamten Verpflegungsprozess Mitverantwortung bei der Lebensmittelbestellung und in der Lagerbewirtschaftung Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien nach HACCP und Überwachung dieser Vorschriften Organisation eines reibungslosen, effizienten Tagesablaufes mit Führung des Küchenteam Mitverantwortung für die Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Auszubildenden Unterstützung des Leiters Gastronomie in sämtlichen Bereichen des gastronomischen Alltags.
