Wir suchen per 01\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung:

Stellvertretende Leitung Hotellerie\-Hauswirtschaft 70\-80%

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören

  • Fachliche Führung des Reinigungsteams mit 3 Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Übernahme von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches
  • Gewährleistung der Qualitätssicherung bei Kundenaufträgen
  • Erstellen der Einsatzplanung für Mitarbeitende und Klient:innen
  • Übernahme der Leitungsfunktion während Abwesenheit der Leitung Hotellerie\-Hauswirtschaft
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in den Arbeitsbereichen
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung der Klient:innen im individuellen Entwicklungs\- und Lernprozess
  • Vorbereitung von Inhalten für Bildungs\- und IV\-Berichte vorbereiten
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

Wir erwarten

  • Ausbildung als Bereichsleiterin Hotellerie\-Hauswirtschaft oder Betriebsleiter:in in Facility Management
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der beruflichen Ausbildung von jungen Erwachsenen, vorzugsweise in der agogischen Arbeit
  • Gewandt in der Anwendung von MS\-Office und versiert in administrativen Arbeiten
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, belastbare und initiative Persönlichkeit mit selbstständiger und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise
  • unternehmerisches Denken und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Führerschein Kat. B
