Stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) – Seel GmbH ----------------------------------------------------------

Seel GmbH ist eine neu gegründete Spitex\-Organisation mit Sitz in Basel. Wir begleiten Menschen in ihrem eigenen Zuhause – mit Grundpflege, Behandlungspflege und Beratung, die sich an den individuellen Bedürfnissen unserer Klientinnen und Klienten orientiert statt an starren Abläufen.

Als junges Unternehmen bauen wir unser Team und unsere Prozesse von Grund auf neu auf: fachlich fundiert, nah an den Menschen, mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen zwischen Geschäftsführung, Pflegedienstleitung und Pflegeteam. Wer bei uns einsteigt, gestaltet mit – von Tag eins an, nicht als Rädchen in einem grossen Betrieb.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Stellvertretung der Pflegedienstleitung (PDL); bei deren Abwesenheit Übernahme der vollen operativen Verantwortung
  • Bedarfsabklärung, Pflegeplanung und Re\-Evaluation nach interRAI / RAI\-HC direkt bei den Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Untersuchung und Behandlungspflege — diese Leistung ist gemäss Anhang 4a KLV ausschliesslich Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH vorbehalten
  • Einsatz\- und Tourenplanung für das Pflegeteam
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau, der Einarbeitung und Führung des Pflegeteams (FaGe, Pflegehelfende SRK)
  • Ansprechperson für Angehörige, Ärztinnen und Ärzte, Spitäler, Apotheken und Krankenversicherer
  • Teilnahme am Hintergrunddienst (telefonische Rufbereitschaft während der Einsatzzeiten) sowie Einsätze in einem definierten Wochenendfenster für die Behandlungspflege

Ihr Profil

  • Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / \-mann HF/FH oder vom SRK (im Auftrag des SBFI) anerkannte ausländischeAusbildung; Registrierung im NAREG / GesReg
  • Berufserfahrung in der Schweizer Spitex\- oder Langzeitpflege; erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit interRAI / RAI\-HC, fundierte KVG/KLV\-Kenntnisse
  • Deutsch mindestens Niveau C1
  • Fahrausweis Kat. B und eigener PKW von Vorteil
  • Organisationsstark, belastbar, mit Pioniergeist
