Über uns Wir, die Seel Haus GmbH, sind ein dynamischer, neu gegründeter privater Spitex-Dienst in Basel, der sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, älteren Menschen ein selbstbestimmtes und würdevolles Leben in den eigenen vier Wänden zu ermöglichen. Für die Gründungsphase und den Aufbau unseres Teams suchen wir eine motivierte, fachlich kompetente und visionäre Persönlichkeit, die bereit ist, die Zukunft unseres Betriebs aktiv mitzugestalten.

Ihre Aufgaben • Fachliche und organisatorische Stellvertretung: Sie unterstützen die Pflegedienstleitung (PDL) in allen operativen, strategischen und personellen Belangen und übernehmen bei deren Abwesenheit die volle Verantwortung. • Qualitätssicherung & Bedarfsabklärung: Durchführung von professionellen Bedarfsabklärungen (mittels interRAI / RAI-Homecare) direkt bei den Klienten vor Ort sowie kontinuierliche Anpassung der Pflegeprozesse. • Einsatzplanung & Koordination: Effiziente Touren- und Einsatzplanung für das Pflegepersonal zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Klientenbetreuung. • Teamführung & Coaching: Mitwirkung beim Aufbau, der Einarbeitung und Führung des neuen Pflegemitarbeiter-Teams. • Schnittstellenarbeit: Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Angehörige, Ärzte, Spitäler und Krankenversicherungen. Ihr Profil • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF / FH (oder eine vom SRK anerkannte ausländische Ausbildung) sowie Registrierung im NAREG/Gesreg. • Berufserfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Schweizer Spitex-Landschaft sowie erste Führungserfahrung (z.B. als Teamleitung) sind von grossem Vorteil. • Fachwissen: Versierter Umgang mit RAI-Homecare / interRAI sowie Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorgaben (KVG). • Sprachen: Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1/C2) in Wort und Schrift. • Persönlichkeit: Organisationsstark, flexibel, empathisch und mit einer gesunden Portion Pioniergeist für den Aufbau unseres Start-ups ausgestattet. Fahrerlaubnis (Kategorie B) und der eigene PKW ist von Vorteil.
