Mit Clienia Ambulant bündelt die Clienia\-Gruppe ihre psychiatrisch\-psychotherapeutischen Angebote für die bestmögliche ambulante und tagesklinische Versorgung von psychisch erkrankten Patientinnen und Patienten jeden Alters – an 20 Standorten von Amriswil bis Zürich. Interdisziplinäre Teams aus Psychotherapeutinnen, Psychotherapeuten, Pflegefachleuten sowie Fachärztinnen und Fachärzten für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie garantieren umfassende ambulante Behandlungsmethoden.

Für die interdisziplinäre Mitarbeit in der psychiatrischen Tagesklinik Wetzikon suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Das interdisziplinäre teilstationäre Behandlungsangebot im Clienia Psychiatriezentrum Wetzikon ergänzt das stationäre und ambulante Behandlungssetting und stellt einen wichtigen Baustein zur Bewältigung von Krisen, zur Stabilisierung oder zur Nachbehandlung nach Klinikaufenthalt dar.

Unser Behandlungsangebot richtet sich an Menschen ab 18 Jahren mit verschiedenen psychiatrischen Krankheitsbildern, darunter Affektive Störungen (Depression, Angststörungen), Störungen der Emotionsregulation, Persönlichkeitsstörungen, Psychotische Erkrankungen und ADHS.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Leiterin Pflege Tageskliniken bei ihren Führungsaufgaben und selbstständige Übernahme von Verantwortungsbereichen
  • Vertretung und Unterstützung der Leiterin Pflege in administrativen, organisatorischen und personellen Belangen, sowie Übernahme von Führungsaufgaben bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Planung, Leiten und Überprüfung von therapeutischen Gruppenangeboten
  • Mitarbeit in fachspezifischen Arbeitsgruppen und Projekten
  • Gewährleisten einer kooperativen interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Leiten von Einzelgesprächen, Gruppenangeboten und Rapporten
  • Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung des Behandlungskonzepts, Überprüfung der Pflegequalität
  • Unterstützung der Patienten in Krisensituationen

Ihr Profil

Für diese spannende Tätigkeit bringst du einen Abschluss Pflege auf HF/FH Stufe und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich psychiatrischer Pflege mit. Du bist interessiert daran dich in Führungsaufgaben weiterzubilden und gemeinsam mit der Leitung das tagesklinische Angebot weiterzuentwickeln?

Du suchst ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem echte Kundenorientierung zählt? Du liebst Abwechslung, bleibst auch in wechselnden Situationen flexibel und siehst neue Herausforderungen als Chance? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Du suchst ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem die Patientinnen und Patienten im Mittelpunkt stehen? Du bringst Erfahrung in der Leitung therapeutischer Patientengruppen mit und hast Freude daran, Menschen professionell zu begleiten? Idealerweise kennst du bereits das tagesklinische Umfeld oder bist motiviert, dich intensiv darin einzubringen.

Du möchtest deine Erfahrungen, persönlichen Stärken und Ideen aktiv in unser tagesklinisches Behandlungsangebot einbringen und dieses mitgestalten. Dabei überzeugst du mit Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Engagement und behältst auch in wechselnden Situationen den Überblick. Ein sicherer Umgang mit dem PC rundet dein Profil ab.
