Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Fachliche Führung des Bewirtschaftungsteams sowie Sicherstellung von Dienstleistung und Qualität
  • Selbständige Betreuung eines Immobilienportfolios und kompetente Ansprechperson 
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Dienstleistungen, Abläufen und internen Standards
  • Übernahme und Koordination von Projekten
  • Stellvertretende personelle Führung des Teams bei Abwesenheit der verantwortlichen Leitung
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Bewirtschaftungsprozessen 

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Weiterbildung in der Immobilienwirtschaft, idealerweise als Immobilienbewirtschafter mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung 
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsverständnis
  • Sicheres und vertrauensbildendes Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse; Erfahrung mit einer gängigen Immobilien- bzw. ERP-Lösung ist ein zusätzliches Plus
