Am Standort Dottikon suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres wachsenden Technik-Teams für den Bereich Bau einen

Stellvertretenden Leiter Bau/HLKKS (m/w/d) 

Ihre Verantwortung ##

  • Sie steuern anspruchsvolle Neubauprojekte auf dem Areal, wie z.B.  Prozesstechnische Bauwerke und Infrastrukturbauten, von der Planung bis zur GMP-gerechten Inbetriebnahme
  • Sie analysieren bestehende Bau- und Betriebsabläufe, konzipieren effizientere, GMP-konforme Workflows und setzen diese nachhaltig im Team um
  • Sie koordinieren interne Abteilungen (insbesondere QS und Produktion), externe Planer, Behörden sowie Bauunternehmen und sichern Budget, Qualität und Termine
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass alle baulichen Massnahmen, Sanierungen und Qualifizierungen gemäss den regulatorischen GMP-Richtlinien (Good Manufacturing Practice) durchgeführt und dokumentiert werden
  • Sie unterstützen und vertreten den Leiter Bau strategisch sowie operativ in allen Belangen an unserem Produktionsstandort (Dottikon)

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Baumanagement oder eine vergleichbare höhere technische Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im industriellen Hoch- und Tiefbau, im regulierten Umfeld (Pharmaindustrie, Biotechnologie, Medizintechnik oder ähnlichem)
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Neugestaltung von internen Prozessen und Dokumentationsabläufen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kommunikationskompetenz für die Arbeit auf einem aktiven Produktionsgelände
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
