Unsere Klient:innen und ihre Bedürfnisse stehen im Zentrum. Wir stehen für hohe Dienstleistungsqualität, kurze Entscheidungswege und dynamische Arbeitsweisen in einem sich wandelnden Umfeld. Die Schulbildung Rossfeld bietet als einziges Kompetenzzentrum im Kanton Bern Schule, Wohngruppen und Therapie für normalbildungsfähige Kinder und Jugendliche mit einer körperlichen, motorischen oder Wahrnehmungsbehinderung im Regelschulbereich.

Aufgaben ###

Du wirst - acht Schüler:innen im Zyklus 2 unterrichten - dich am Lehrplan 21 der Regelschule Kanton Bern orientieren - eng mit der Co-Klassenlehrperson und der Schulassistenz zusammenarbeiten - in engem interdisziplinärem Austausch mit Sozialpädagogik und Therapie sein - eng im Zyklusteam zusammenarbeiten - deine Unterrichtstage in Absprache mit dem Klassenteam festlegen

Anforderungen ###

Du bringst mit - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schulische:r Heilpädagog:in oder eine Ausbildung als Lehrperson mit Erfahrung in Sonderpädagogik - Kenntnisse in der Förderung von Kindern mit besonderen Bedürfnissen - Freude an der Arbeit mit Schüler:innen mit einer körperlichen Behinderung - Belastbarkeit, methodische Sicherheit und Flexibilität - Individualisierter Unterrichtsstil - Überzeugende Kommunikation und lösungsorientierte Arbeit - Gewandte mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch - Offener Umgang und Freude an Teamarbeit - Gelassenheit und eine Prise Humor - Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit - Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)
