Du engagierst dich beim Aufbau eines Teams, führst es mit Fachkompetenz, Vertrauen und Begeisterung und förderst eine Kultur des gemeinsamen Wirkens. Du berätst Unternehmen und Privatpersonen in komplexen nationalen und internationalen Steuerfragen – lösungsorientiert, vorausschauend und auf Augenhöhe. Mit deinen Ideen und deinem Engagement gestaltest du unsere Marktposition aktiv mit und treibst die Weiterentwicklung des Standorts sowie von Balmer\-Etienne insgesamt voran. Dein Profil \#BEgeistert, weil du über einen Hochschulabschluss (Universität oder Fachhochschule) verfügst und dich zum dipl. Steuerexperten weitergebildet hast. auf eine langjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 10 –15 Jahre) im und internationalen Steuerrecht natürlicher und juristischer Personen zurückblicken kannst. bereits Führungserfahrung mitbringst und Freude daran hast, Menschen weiterzuentwickeln. in der Region Bern gut verankert und vernetzt bist und diese Stärke aktiv in deine Arbeit einbringst. dich durch unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise auszeichnest. offen, empathisch und kommunikationsstark bist und gerne auf Augenhöhe mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen zusammenarbeitest. sehr gute IT\-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Dr. Tax, TaxWare) besitzt und ein stilsicheres Deutsch sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch mitbringst – ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
