Nous recherchons actuellement pour notre campus Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland un :

Steward (H/F/X) du 1er octobre 2026 au 31 mars 2027.

Responsabilités :

  • Nettoyage quotidien des équipements, du matériel et des installations de cuisine
  • Aider le chef avec les réquisitions et le stockage des produits de cuisine
  • Assister l'équipe de cuisine dans la préparation des matières premières de base
  • Nettoyer les machines et les réfrigérateurs conformément aux règles HACCP
  • Contrôler le bon fonctionnement des équipements de cuisine et faire un rapport

Exigences :

  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle
  • Excellente connaissance du français et de l'anglais
  • Patient, organisé et flexible

Nationalité suisse, permis valide ou nationalité européenne CE/AELE
