Swatch Group Les Boutiques SA gère les réseaux de distribution multimarques en Suisse et dispose de 7 Shop-in-Shop au sein des magasins Manor à travers le pays. Nous proposons des marques comme Swatch, Tissot, Balmain, Mido, Rado, Hamilton et Certina. Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons pour une durée indéterminée un/une :

Description du poste ##

En tant que Store Manager, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la réussite de votre boutique. Vous fédérez et accompagnez votre équipe, développez la performance commerciale et garantissez une expérience client d'excellence. Véritable manager de terrain, vous faites vivre les marques du groupe au quotidien et veillez à maintenir les standards de qualité et d'excellence qui font la réputation de Swatch Group.

Tâches :

  • Vous pilotez la performance du chiffre d-affaires de la boutique et mobilisez les actions nécessaires pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.
  • Vous donnez du sens aux résultats de la boutique, en pilotant les indicateurs quantitatifs et qualitatifs, en ligne avec les objectifs fixés par le groupe.
  • Vous créez une dynamique d-équipe forte au quotidien : vous encadrez, formez, motivez et faites évoluer vos collaborateurs.
  • Vous transformez chaque interaction client en expérience de qualité, en conseillant et en vendant avec exigence, écoute et sens du détail.
  • Vous représentez les marques au quotidien, en développant les relations externes locales et en contribuant activement à l-acquisition et à la fidélisation de la clientèle.
  • Vous veillez à la maîtrise et à la fiabilité des stocks, en assurant leur suivi et la bonne réalisation des inventaires.
  • Vous garantissez un point de vente irréprochable, en assurant la mise en valeur des vitrines, la bonne tenue des caisses et le respect des standards de présentation.

Profil ##

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d-employé/e de commerce de détail ou tout autre formation jugée équivalente.
  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience dans l-univers de l-horlogerie et/ou dans le domaine du luxe.
  • Vous disposez d-une expérience prouvée dans le management d-équipe et/ou dans la gestion commerciale d-une boutique.

Compétences requises ##

  • Vous savez fédérer, motiver et engager une équipe autour d-objectifs communs, avec une vraie culture du résultat et de la performance.
  • Vous combinez esprit analytique et approche structurée, ce qui vous permet de comprendre rapidement les enjeux, de résoudre les problèmes et de prendre des décisions efficaces.

Langues ##

* Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et maîtrisez également l-anglais. Tout autre langue est un atout pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
