DEINE CHALLENGE: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Shop - von der Teamführung bis zur Umsatzsteigerung. Du coachst und entwickelst dein Team, erkennst Talente und förderst sie gezielt. Das einladende Erscheinungsbild deines Shops liegt dir persönlich am Herzen. Du hast die wichtigsten Zahlen im Blick: Umsatz, Stock Management, Inventur und Kasse hast du voll im Griff. Du bist nicht nur Teamleiter/-in, sondern auch selbst Verkäufer/-in aus Leib und Seele und agierst mit deinem positiven Mindset als Vorbild. Kundenbindung ist für dich kein Fremdwort - du sorgst für Top-Kundenerlebnisse und langfristige Beziehungen. Du setzt die Strategie der Region an vorderster Front um und machst aus deinem Shop eine echte Erfolgsstory. DEINE SKILLS: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Detailhandel, vorzugsweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf oder in der Führung. Du bist ein Sales-Profi und hast mehrjährige Erfahrung darin, ein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Du kennst die Vorzüge und Eigenheiten einer dynamischen Branche und bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse aus der Telekommunikationsbranche mit. Du willst deinen eigenen Erfolg steuern: Unser variabler Lohnanteil motiviert dich und deinen Shop zu Höchstleistungen. Service und Kundenfokus sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit, deshalb förderst du auch die Dienstleistungsorientierung deiner Mitarbeitenden.
