Als Storeleiter:in verantwortest du nicht nur Umsatz und Prozesse, sondern vor allem das Erlebnis unserer Kund:innen und die Entwicklung deines Teams. Du sorgst dafür, dass aus Besucher:innen Kund:innen werden und aus Kund:innen Fans.

Deine Aufgaben

Leadership \& Store Management

  • Operative und personelle Führung des Stores
  • Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung des Teams
  • Ressourcenplanung und Einsatzsteuerung
  • Durchführung von Teammeetings und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Store\-Betriebs
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz, Zielerreichung und Wirtschaftlichkeit des Stores
  • Sicherstellung einer positiven, professionellen und motivierenden Store\-Kultur

Customer Experience \& Verkauf

  • Verantwortung für eine exzellente Customer Experience
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei Beratungen und Verkaufsgesprächen
  • Maximale Konversion von Besucher:innen zu Kund:innen und Fans
  • Handling von Eskalationsfällen und anspruchsvollen Kundensituationen
  • Aktive Markt\- und Konkurrenzbeobachtung

Operations \& Weiterentwicklung

  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Funktionen und anderen Stores
  • Verantwortung für Store\-Präsentation, Testbike\-Flotte und Abverkauf von Auslaufmodellen
  • Mitorganisation von lokalen Events und Community\-Aktivitäten
  • KPI\-Management und Performance\-Optimierung
