Deine Aufgaben In dieser vielseitigen Funktion unterstützt Du die Storeleitung bei einem professionellen, effizienten und kundenorientierten Storebetrieb. Du bist nah an der Kundschaft, übernimmst Führungsmitverantwortung und trägst dazu bei, dass Beratung, Verkauf, Warenpräsentation und Teamorganisation auf hohem Niveau funktionieren. Dazu gehören insbesondere: aktive Führungsmitarbeit in einem Team von rund 10 Mitarbeitenden Unterstützung der Storeleitung in der Einsatzplanung und Tagesorganisation persönliche 1:1 Beratung und Bedienung unserer Kundschaft im Sicherstellung einer hohen Beratungs\-, Service\- und Verkaufsqualität Mitarbeit bei der Ausbildung, Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden Mitverantwortung für eine positive, leistungsorientierte und wertschätzende Teamkultur enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Logistik Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben rund um den Storebetrieb aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen, Prozessen und Kundenerlebnis Dein Profil Du bist eine praktisch veranlagte, belastbare und kundenorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt, aber auch selbst mit anpackt. Du hast Freude am Verkauf, ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Mode und behältst auch in intensiven Situationen den Überblick.
