Sie sind ein erfahrener Strassenbauer und möchten den nächsten Schritt in Ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn machen? Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine motivierte Fachperson, die sich zum Polier im Tiefbau weiterentwickeln und künftig Führungsverantwortung übernehmen möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Ausführen von Strassen- und Tiefbauarbeiten Erstellen von Werkleitungen, Entwässerungen und Randabschlüssen Ausführen von Belags-, Pflästerungs- und Umgebungsarbeiten Unterstützen des Poliers bei der Organisation und Koordination der Baustelle Schrittweises Übernehmen von Verantwortung für Arbeitsabläufe und Mitarbeitende Einhalten der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Strassenbauer EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im Strassen- und Tiefbau Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung zum Polier und Bereitschaft zur entsprechenden Weiterbildung Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Teamfähigkeit und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende anzuleiten Gute Deutschkenntnisse Führerausweis Kategorie B von Vorteil
