Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Familienunternehmen im Baugewerbe mit einem bedeutenden und wachsenden Eigenbestand an Immobilien, suchen wir eine organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit technischem Flair und einer präzisen, strukturierten Arbeitsweise.

In dieser Schlüsselposition unterstützen Sie die Leitung Immobilienbewirtschaftung bei der Steuerung, Optimierung sowie dem gezielten Ausbau des Portfolios und tragen massgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung der Immobilienstrategie bei.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

In dieser zentralen Drehscheibenfunktion unterstützen Sie die Leitung Immobilienbewirtschaftung direkt in zwei Kernbereichen:

1. Management & Controlling des Immobilienportfolios

  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Sie agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für externe Verwaltungen und identifizieren proaktiv Optimierungspotenziale, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Leerstände.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Sie pflegen und strukturieren Objektdossiers, erstellen relevante Dokumentationen und gewährleisten eine lückenlose, nachvollziehbare Datenablage.
  • Finanz-Monitoring: Sie prüfen Objektbuchhaltungen, revidieren Jahresabschlüsse und stellen eine konsequente Kostenkontrolle sicher.
  • Instandhaltungsmanagement: Sie planen und begleiten Sanierungs- und Unterhaltsmassnahmen im Bestand und überwachen deren Umsetzung hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Kosten.

2. Projektunterstützung & Entwicklung

  • Bauherrenvertretung: Sie unterstützen bei Neubau- und Umbauprojekten in administrativen Belangen und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern.
  • Investitionsplanung: Sie wirken aktiv an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung bestehender Liegenschaften mit und erarbeiten fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung oder einen bautechnischen Hintergrund (z. B. als Architekt/in, Techniker/in HF/TS, Hochbauzeichner/in oder Bauleiter/in).
  • Fachkompetenz: Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse im Hochbau mit und verstehen sowohl technische als auch kaufmännische Zusammenhänge.
  • Arbeitsweise: Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, konzeptionelle Vorgehensweise zeichnen Sie aus.
  • IT-Affinität: Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und haben ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Datenstrukturen.
