In dieser vielseitigen und verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im Auf- und Ausbau moderner Einkaufsstrukturen, pflegen und erweitern internationale Lieferantenbeziehungen und tragen massgeblich zur langfristigen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens bei.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Maschinen oder Anlagenbau bzw. in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld gesammelt
  • Globale Beschaffungskompetenz mit Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der gezielten Weiterentwicklung internationaler Lieferantennetzwerke sowie in der Neuausrichtung bestehender Einkaufsstrukturen
  • Breites technisches Warengruppen Know how, von Guss, Dreh und Frästeilen bis hin zu Kunststoff und Gummikomponenten, Elektroschränken, Steuerungen etc.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick auf internationalem Parkett mit sicherem Auftreten bei Preis, Vertrags und Konditionsgesprächen mit Lieferanten weltweit
  • Analytisches und digitales Rüstzeug mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenverständnis, sehr guten Excel Kenntnissen sowie Erfahrung mit SAP oder Microsoft Dynamics 365 und verhandlungssicherem Deutsch und Englisch
  • Unternehmerische Macher Persönlichkeit, die den Aufbau des Einkaufsbereichs eigenständig anpackt, tragfähige Strukturen schafft und langfristig eine zentrale Rolle im Unternehmen übernimmt

Ihr Profil ##

  • Technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Maschinen oder Anlagenbau oder einem technisch vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Erfahrung im Neuaufbau bzw. in der Neuausrichtung von Einkaufsstrukturen und Lieferantenportfolios
