Responsabilités :

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des initiatives qui favorisent le développement des étudiants, leur bien-être, leur engagement et leur croissance en leadership
  • Encadrer et soutenir les étudiants dans le développement de projets qui améliorent l'expérience étudiante au GIHE
  • Organiser et animer des ateliers, des sessions de formation et des opportunités de développement des compétences
  • Collaborer avec les départements internes, les partenaires externes, les anciens élèves et les professionnels du secteur pour enrichir les programmes de développement étudiant
  • Surveiller et évaluer l'efficacité des initiatives d'engagement étudiant, en assurant leur alignement avec les objectifs institutionnels
  • Diriger le recrutement, l'intégration, la formation, le mentorat et l'évaluation des Residential Life Leaders (RLLs)
  • Superviser et développer le programme Residential Life Leader, y compris les projets et initiatives dirigés par les étudiants
  • Planifier, coordonner et délivrer des programmes d'été Glion de haute qualité, en gérant la logistique, l'engagement des parties prenantes et l'expérience étudiante
  • Recruter, former et superviser les étudiants bénévoles soutenant les événements, programmes et initiatives du campus
  • Promouvoir et coordonner les opportunités d'apprentissage extrascolaire, les certifications, les compétitions et les activités de développement du leadership
  • Agir en tant que champion qualité du département, en assurant la conformité aux normes institutionnelles et en favorisant la collaboration entre les programmes de leadership
  • Soutenir les opérations départementales par la surveillance du budget, la supervision des stagiaires, la gestion des boîtes mail et l'enregistrement précis des activités étudiantes dans les systèmes institutionnels

Profil et expériences :

  • Licence en éducation, développement étudiant, conseil ou domaine connexe requise
  • Qualification en premiers secours
  • Permis de conduire valide requis
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
  • Expérience préalable en développement étudiant, gestion d'événements ou rôle similaire
  • Capacité à diriger, motiver et développer une équipe d'étudiants
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Grande capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à prioriser la charge de travail
  • Capacité à aborder les défis des étudiants de manière proactive et efficace
  • Capacité à s'adapter à un horaire de travail flexible, y compris les soirées et les week-ends si nécessaire
  • Volonté de se déplacer entre plusieurs campus ou lieux externes selon les besoins
