Zur Unterstützung unseres MR-Zentrums suchen wir eine:n motivierte:n Studierende:n, die:der Freude an administrativen Aufgaben und am Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld hat. Mögliche Einsatztage können flexibel in Rücksprache mit der Leitung geplant werden. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Telefonische Kommunikation mit internen Stellen, Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Empfang, Betreuung und Aufklärung am Patientenempfang (MRI- und CT-Fragebogen erklären, Umkleide-Anweisungen geben etc.)
  • Regelmässige Bearbeitung von E-Mails (z.B. Erfassen externer Zuweisungen)
  • Prüfen und Versenden von Aufgeboten für Patientinnen und Patienten (MRI- und CT-Termine)
  • Abklärungen mit den Fachpersonen der Disposition und der Radiologie im Rahmen von MRI-Untersuchungen
  • Bei Bedarf Mithilfe beim Umziehen hilfsbedürftiger Patientinnen und Patienten

Dein Profil

  • Student:in der Psychologie, Medizin, Gesundheitswissenschaften oder eines verwandten Studiengangs, idealerweise kurz vor Abschluss des Bachelor-Studiums oder bereits im Masterstudium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten oder in einem anspruchsvollen Kundenkontakt von Vorteil
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen in teilweise herausfordernden Situationen
  • Zuverlässige, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Interesse an neuroradiologischen Untersuchungen sowie an der Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld
