**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Bearbeitung der Rechnungsrückweisungen des ambulanten Leistungsbereichs * Administrative Aufgaben wie Garantenabklärungen, Anforderung von ärztlichen Berichten, Adressabklärungen etc. * Abklärungen mit Patienten, Ärzten und Kostenträger (telefonisch, schriftlich) * Unterstützung der Teamleiter/-innen und Mitarbeitenden im Tagesgeschäft * Unterstützung im Bereich Storno und Refaktura

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Laufendes Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation * Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Interesse an medizinischen Themen * Gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von grossem Vorteil * Freude am Kontakt mit externen und internen Stellen * Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
