Als Mitglied des Kernteams beteiligen Sie sich aktiv an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und der Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildung. Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über einen tertiären Berufsabschluss. Berufliche Erfahrungen in Sozialpädagogischen Arbeitsfeldern und der Sozialen Arbeit sind erwünscht. Zudem verfügen Sie über Unterrichtserfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung und haben eine methodisch\\-didaktische Qualifikation. Als wichtige Ressource weisen Sie eine hohe Kompetenz in den Bereichen der Kommunikation, Kooperation und Teamarbeit auf. Sie bringen Digitale Affinität mit und sind es gewohnt, initiativ, visionär und selbständig zu arbeiten.
