Für den Studiumsstart Winter (KW 4) oder Frühling (KW 15) im 2027 besetzen wir noch  

ein Studienplatz zur dipl. Pflegefachperson HF ##

Aufgaben ##

Pflegefachpersonen HF tragen im gesamten Pflegeprozess die fachliche Verantwortung. Sie sind für die Planung, Ausführung, Delegation und Überwachung der pflegerischen Massnahmen zuständig. Nach dem Einholen von ausführlichen Informationen über den Pflegebedarf und die Bedürfnisse der Patienten erstellen sie ein Pflegekonzept. Im Team führen sie die Pflegemassnahmen durch und kontrollieren deren Wirkung und Erfolg. Sie beobachten den Krankheitsverlauf und den Genesungsprozess genau. In der Pflegedokumentation halten sie täglich die aktuellsten Entwicklungen fest und teilen ihre Kenntnisse bei Stationsrapporten und Arztvisiten mit. Pflegefachpersonen HF werden in ihrer Arbeit immer wieder mit herausfordernden Situationen konfrontiert: Sie stehen Patientinnen und Patienten bei, die in unterschiedlicher physischer und psychischer Verfassung sind, und begleiten Menschen in allen Lebenssituationen.  

Anforderungen ##

Für das verkürzte Studium (Start Winter & Frühling) wird ein Abschluss als Fachmann/-frau Gesundheit EFZ, sowie ein Schnupperpraktikum im Akutbereich vorausgesetzt.    Für die 3-jährige Ausbildung (Start Winter) suchen wir Personen ohne FaGe Abschluss, mit folgenden Anforderungen:

* Abschluss einer mind. 3-jährigen beruflichen Grundbildung mit eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ)

oder

* Fachmittelschulausweis oder gymnasiale Maturität

Unsere Lernbegleitung ##

Während des Studiums können Sie Erfahrungen auf Pflegestationen verschiedener Disziplinen im Spital Schwyz sammeln. Sie werden während der Praktika durch unsere erfahrenen Berufsbildungspersonen auf den Pflegestationen eng begleitet. Während der ganzen Ausbildungszeit stellt die Betreuung einer Praxislehrperson die Begleitung Ihres individuellen Lernprozesses sicher.
