TES TÂCHES

  • Responsable des soins et de l-accompagnement des patients de l-admission à la sortie de l-hôpital
  • Gestion de l-ensemble du processus de soins
  • Point central pour les patients, leurs proches ainsi que pour l-équipe interdisciplinaire
  • Assumer des fonctions d-aide, de conseil, de coordination et d-analyse
  • Effectuer la partie pratique à la Clinique Hirslanden, la partie théorique chez le prestataire de formation Careum Zurich ou au ZAG à Winterthour

TON PROFIL

  • Diplôme d-une formation professionnelle de trois ans avec certificat fédéral de capacité, un diplôme DMS/FMS ou une maturité gymnasiale
  • Empathie ainsi qu-une grande compétence sociale dans le contact avec les patients et leurs proches ainsi que dans la collaboration avec les collaborateurs et les médecins
  • Orientation client et service, sens aigu des responsabilités ainsi qu-autonomie
  • Volonté de développer tes connaissances professionnelles et de contribuer de manière importante au succès de notre clinique
