**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Verantwortlich für die Pflege sowie die Betreuung der Patienten vom Spitaleintritt bis zum --austritt * Steuerung des gesamten Pflegeprozesses * Dreh- und Angelpunkt für die Patienten, die Angehörigen sowie das interdisziplinäre Team * Übernahme von helfenden, beratenden, koordinativen und analytischen Funktionen * Absolvierung des praktischen Teils in der Klinik Hirslanden, den theoretischen Teil beim Bildungsanbieter Careum Zürich oder beim ZAG in Winterthur

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Abschluss einer dreijährigen Berufsausbildung mit eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis, einen DMS/FMS-Abschluss oder eine gymnasiale Matura * Einfühlungsvermögen sowie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit Patienten sowie deren Angehörigen wie auch in der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden und Ärzten * Kunden- sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung, ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Selbstständigkeit * Bereitschaft, dein Fachwissen weiterzuentwickeln und einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erfolg unserer Klinik zu leisten

* Motivationsschreiben (Begründung, warum Sie den Beruf Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF erlernen wollen) sowie tabellarischer Lebenslauf mit aktuellem Foto * Ergebnis Multicheck * Lehrabschlusszeugnis der absolvierten Ausbildung EFZ inkl. Berufsschulzeugnisse * Angabe von zwei Referenzpersonen mit Telefonnummer und Mailadresse * Kopien von Arbeitszeugnissen und Berichte von Schnuppertagen und/oder Schnupperwochen (falls vorhanden)
