Die in Walchwil ZG ist ein traditionsreicher Familienbetrieb, der seit 1834 für Qualität und Innovation steht. Heute engagieren sich rund 60 Mitarbeitende in den Bereichen Sanitär, Heizung und Metallbau. Mit der kürzlich erfolgten Erweiterung einer zusätzlichen Werkhalle sowie der Investition in modernste Maschinen, unterstreicht das Unternehmen sein klares Bekenntnis zur Zukunft. Dank kompetenter Beratung, sorgfältiger Planung und fachmännischer Umsetzung geniesst die Firma in der Zentralschweiz einen hervorragenden Ruf. Da der langjährige Abteilungsleiter mittelfristig in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand tritt, sind wir beauftragt, Sie für die verantwortungsvolle Position als Stv. Abteilungsleiter/in Metallbau anzusprechen. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Metallbauprojekte – von der Planung bis zur Ausführung. Eng arbeiten Sie mit dem Abteilungsleiter, dem Geschäftsführer und einem motivierten Team zusammen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf. Sie planen und konstruieren mit AutoCAD, erstellen Fertigungsunterlagen, beschaffen Materialien und koordinieren Termine mit Architekten, Bauherren und weiteren Gewerken. Auf den Baustellen sind Sie präsent, nehmen Masse auf und stehen in direktem Kontakt mit der Kundschaft – Qualität und Verlässlichkeit sind Ihre Markenzeichen. Für diese Position bringen Sie eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Metallbaukonstrukteur EFZ oder Metallbauer EFZ sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Metallbaumeister, Werkstattleiter, Projektleiter o.ä. mit. Erfahrungen in der Projektleitung und im CAD\-Bereich sind zentral, ebenso ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
