Abteilungsleiter Produktion Frischfleisch\-Convenience\-Produkte (m/w) 100% Deine Herausforderung: Du übernimmst die Mitverantwortung für die Organisation, Koordination und Produktequalität der gesamten Abteilung. Du unterstützt die Abteilungsleitung bei der Organisationsplanung der Produktion von vielfältigen Frischfleischprodukten und hilfst bei der Einsatzplanung von mehr als 40 Mitarbeitenden mit. Du gehst als gutes Vorbild voran und motivierst die Mitarbeiter, um die täglichen Herausforderungen im Team zu meistern. Du packst selbst in der Produktion mit an und hilfst aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit. Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für Arbeitsabläufe, Produktionsanlagen und die vor\- und nachgelagerten Prozesse einer produzierenden Abteilung. Ebenfalls hast du ein gutes Auge für Optimierungen, welche zu Arbeitserleichterung und mehr Effizienz führen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen wird bei abteilungsüber­greifenden Arbeiten/Projekten zielorientiert erledigt. Dein Profil: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Fleischfachmann/\-frau und hast bereits Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion von Lebensmitteln gesammelt, vorzugsweise als Führungsperson. Du bist in einer guten, körperlichen Verfassung. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein früh morgentlicher Arbeitsbeginn stellen für dich kein Problem dar. Gute PC\-Kenntnisse im Bereich MS Office und CSB sind von Vorteil. Dein Profil wird abgerundet durch sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
