Stv. Abteilungsleitung Betreuung und Pflege ===========================================

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Abteilungsleitung zusammen und vertrittst sie bei Abwesenheit, sodass auf der Abteilung alles reibungslos läuft
  • Als Teil des Pflegeteams führst du alle gängigen Aufgaben deiner Funktionsstufe aus und bist damit ein Vorbild für das Team
  • Als Bezugsperson begleitest du unsere Bewohnenden individuell, empathisch und professionell
  • Du bringst dich engagiert bei der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung im Fachbereich Palliative Care ein und setzt dich damit für die stetige Optimierung unserer Pflegequalität ein

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit oder dipl. Pflegefachperson absolviert
  • Mit deiner Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege übernimmst du gerne Verantwortung und das Thema Palliative Care liegt dir am Herzen
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung als RAI\-Supervisor oder die Bereitschaft dich vom MDS\-Koordinator zum Supervisor weiter zu entwickeln
  • Du denkst gerne voraus, bleibst auch in herausfordernden Situationen lösungsorientiert und setzt Impulse für eine moderne Pflegepraxis
