Stv. Abteilungsleitung Pflege (80\-100%) ========================================

Was dich bei uns erwartet

  • Stellvertretung und Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung
  • Führung, Begleitung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Pflege und Betreuung
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung \& Spätverantwortung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs
  • Übernahme der Hausverantwortung und Sicherstellung eines geordneten Betriebsablaufs
  • Übernahme und Betreuung von komplexen Bewohner:innensituationen
  • Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegeprozesse
  • Übernahme einer fachlichen Verantwortung, z. B. in den Bereichen RAI\-LTCF, Pflegeprozess, Visitenbearbeitung, Palliative Care, Validation oder Demenz
  • Einarbeitung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender, Lernender und Praktikant:innen
  • Leitung von Sitzungen und Fallbesprechungen sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Bewohnenden, Angehörigen und verschiedenen Fachpersonen
  • Teilnahme an Kader\- und Abteilungsleitungssitzungen in Abwesenheit der Abteilungsleitung
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit betrieblichen Ressourcen

Worauf wir zählen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson FH/HF oder vom SRK anerkanntes äquivalentes Diplom
  • RAI\-LTCF Erfahrung
  • Kinästhetik\-Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2\)
  • Natürliche, warmherzige und humorvolle Persönlichkeit, die unser Team bereichert
