Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Operative Verantowrtung für den Betrieb 
  • Coachen, führen und motivieren der Mitarbeiter
  • Mitarbeit und Unterstützung an der Front
  • Einsatz- und Ferienplanung
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung verschiedener Events
  • Hygienerichtlinien und Qualitätsstandards einhalten
  • Diverse Administrative Tätigkeiten 

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie
  • Hotelfachschulabschluss oder G2/G3
  • Führungserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
  • Organisations- und koordinationsstark
  • Strukturierte, effiziente und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientiert und flexibel
  • Durchsetzungsstark, kompetent und professionell
  • Herzlich, gewinnend und sympathisch
