Chef de Réception Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für das Rezeptions\-Team in Abwesenheit der Chef de Réception Mithilfe bei der Führung, Einarbeitung, Betreuung und Beurteilung des Rezeptions\-Teams Erstellung des Dienstplans in Abwesenheit der Chef de Réception Herzlicher Empfang und professionelle Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste Persönliche Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste während ihres gesamten Aufenthalts Selbstständige Durchführung von Check\-in und Check\-out Bearbeitung von Reservationen, Anfragen und eingehenden Anrufen Sicherstellung eines korrekten und zuverlässigen Umgangs mit unseren Reservationssystemen Tägliche Kontrolle und Abstimmung der Buchungen Betreuung des Empfangsbereichs inklusive Ticketing für die Erlebniswelt Durchführung der Tagesabschlüsse Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Seminaren Das bringst du mit Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption, idealerweise in der Hotellerie Bereitschaft und Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen Freude am Umgang mit nationalen und internationalen Gästen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch\- und ösischkenntnisse Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Herzliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten Teamgeist, Organisationstalent und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung Eigenes Fahrzeug zwingend erforderlich, da die Arbeitszeiten teilweise ausserhalb der Verbindungen mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr liegen Darauf kannst du dich freuen Ein familiäres, kompetentes und motiviertes Team Eigenverantwortung und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben Moderne Infrastruktur Vergünstigungen in allen Trauffer Betrieben Unterstützung bei Aus\- und Weiterbildungen KUHle Mitarbeiterevents ?
