Was du bewegst

  • Du achtest dich besonders auf die Frische von Früchten, Gemüse und und sagst Food Waste mit weitsichtigen Bestellungen den Kampf an
  • Frischprodukte und natürlich alle anderen Waren bestellen, annehmen, prüfen und in die Regale in deinem Laden füllen
  • Vorgaben im Ladenlayout korrekt umsetzen
  • Mindesthaltbarkeitsdaten in der Warengruppe Frische kontrollieren
  • Als Stellvertreter\*in die Mitarbeitenden anleiten, fördern und weiterbringen \- und ihnen ein Vorbild sein
  • Als Stellvertreter\*in Mitverantwortung für die Zahlen übernehmen \- bei Umsatz, Personalkosten und Warenbestand

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EBA)
  • Fachrichtung: im Detailhandel (Lebensmittel) oder verwandter Berufsgattung wäre ideal
  • Berufserfahrung: Drei oder mehr Jahre Berufserfahrung im Detailhandel als Fach\-, Bereichs\- oder Rayonleitung von Vorteil
  • Freude an frischen Produkten und im Idealfall schon berufliche Erfahrungen damit
  • Körperlich fit, manche Colis sind bis zu 10 Kilo schwer
  • Geschick bei der Planung und Organisation von Aufgaben und ein Flair für das Interpretieren von Kennzahlen
  • Vertraut mit PC, Tablet und Smartphone \- und mit anderen digitalen Helfern (z.B. für die Warenbewirtschaftung) freundest du dich schnell an
  • Deutsch (B1\)
