Seit 1983 ist der Werners Head Shop das führende Familienunternehmen im Bereich Head Shop, E\-Zigaretten, Shishas, CBD\-Cannabis und vielen weiteren Lifestyleprodukten. Wir sind professionell, aber nicht verklemmt. Wir sind Trendjäger und Trendsetter. Nicht zuletzt aus diesen Gründen zählen unsere Shops in unseren Produktesegmenten zur Nummer Eins im Markt. Für unsere Filiale in Chur suchen wir eine/n motivierte/n Stv. Filialleiter/in.

Stv. Filialleiter/in und Berufsbilder/in (m/w/d) in Chur ========================================================

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Vertretung der Filialleitung in dessen Abwesenheit
  • Berufsbildungsverantwortung der Filiale Chur
  • Bedürfnisorientierte Kundenberatung und Verkauf
  • Unterstützung der Filialleitung bei der Planung, Organisation und Überwachung des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Sicherstellung eines herausragenden Kundenservice durch Schulung, Coaching und Motivation des Verkaufsteams
  • Vorbildfunktion gegenüber den Mitarbeitern
  • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstruktur\- und Richtlinien, sowie ethischer Standards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Warenpräsentation und \-bewirtschaftung

Dein Profil

  • Motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Berufsbildung oder abgeschlossener Berufsbildnerkurs
  • Teamorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Detailhandel
  • Idealerweise zwischen 25 und 40 Jahre
  • Hohe Sozial\- und Kommunikationskompetenzen und keine Berührungsängste mit der Diversität der Kunden
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Filialprozesse und Abläufe proaktiv mitzugestalten und zu optimieren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
