Für unsere Filiale in Erlenbach mit Café suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als

Stv. Filialleitung Verkauf \& Service (m/w) 80–100%

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Bedienung und Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kundschaft an der Theke und im Service
  • Führungsaufgaben bei Abwesenheit der Filialleitung
  • Personalplanung in Absprache mit der Filialleitung
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen
  • Erstellen von Tagesabschlüssen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts\- und Hygienestandards
  • Warenbewirtschaftung und \-präsentation
  • Mithilfe beim Aufbau, Organisation und Durchführung von Kundenevents, Degustationen und Messen
  • Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Massnahmen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel, als Restaurationsfachfrau/\-mann EFZ oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Kundenorientiertes und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Muttersprache Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Exakte, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähig und kommunikativ
  • Bereit eine Vorbildfunktion einzunehmen und Eigeninitiative zu egreifen
  • Gastgeber/in aus Leidenschaft mit einwandfreien Umgangsformen
  • Flexibel bezüglich Arbeitszeiten und \-Tagen und Bereitschaft für Wochenendarbeit
