Aufgaben

  • Stellvertretung des Gruppenleiters Leitstand Siloanlage Bäckerei und Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Führung und Koordination des Teams
  • Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs des Leitsystems sowie Überwachung und Steuerung der Produktionsprozesse Bäckerei/Konditorei
  • Verantwortung für Fertigungsaufträge, Rezepturen, Verfahrensparameter und Schnittstellen SAP/MII
  • Koordination und Unterstützung bei Störungen, Prozessabweichungen und technischen Fragestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik und weiteren Schnittstellen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Projekten, Prozessoptimierungen und Schulungen, insbesondere bei der Integration neuer Anlagen und Systeme

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittel-/Produktionsumfeld oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der industriellen Lebensmittelproduktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Produktions- und Prozessleitsystemen, SAP/MII Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches und prozessorientiertes Verständnis sowie strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende anzuleiten, zu unterstützen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Hohes Verantwortungs-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im bestehenden Schichtmodell
