Die Gemeinde Hindelbank führt eine Schule über alle drei Zyklen. Rund 420 Schülerinnen und Schüler werden in vier Kindergartenklassen, neun Primarschulklassen und sieben Sek1-Klassen unterrichtet. Im Zyklus 3 führen wir zusammen mit der Gemeinde Krauchthal ein durchlässiges Modell. Der MR-Bereich wird ebenfalls über beide Gemeinden organisiert; die MR-Leitung ist der Schule Hindelbank unterstellt. Die rund 50Lehrpersonen profitieren von einer zeitgemässen Infrastruktur und einer wohlwollenden und unterstützenden Arbeitskultur. Die Schule ist mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr gut erreichbar, Parkplätze stehen gratis zur Verfügung. es besteht die Möglichkeit einer kostengünstigen Mittagsverpflegung am Mittagstisch.

Aufgaben ###

Sie begleiten und betreuen die Klasse als Klassenlehrperson. Sie unterrichten die Fächer NMG, Deutsch, Englisch, Mathematik, M&I, BG und Sport. Entsprechend Ihrer Anstellung übernehmen Sie weitere Aufgaben für die Schule als Ganzes (Schulentwicklung, Konferenzen, Schulanlässe etc.).

Anforderungen ###

Sie verfügen über eine pädagogische Grundausbildung (seminaristische Lehrbefähigung für die Primarstufe, Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung. Sie sind: - motiviert, zuverlässig, selbständig und belastbar - offen für die Zusammenarbeit im Klassenteam und im Kollegium - wertschätzend und kommunikativ in der Elternarbeit
