Ihre Rolle In dieser Position übernehmen Sie schrittweise Verantwortung für ein Laborteam und werden zur wichtigen Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Verkauf und Marketing. Sie gestalten aktiv mit – von der Rohstoffbewertung bis zur kundenspezifischen Produktlösung. Mit der Zeit übernehmen Sie die Leitung des Labors.

Woran Sie bei uns arbeiten • Entwicklung und Optimierung moderner Bau- und Industrielacke • Mitarbeit an kundenspezifischen Lösungen mit direktem Markteinfluss • Bewertung und Einführung neuer Rohstoffe • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Laborteams • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen

Was Sie bei uns erwartet • Eine Schlüsselrolle mit klarer Entwicklungsperspektive zur Laborleitung • Viel Gestaltungsspielraum in einem unabhängigen, stabilen KMU • Direkten Einfluss auf Produkte, die im Markt tatsächlich eingesetzt werden • Kurze Entscheidungswege und Nähe zur Produktion und zum Markt • Ein Umfeld, in dem Fachwissen zählt – nicht Hierarchie

Was Sie mitbringen • Erfahrung in der Lackentwicklung oder vergleichbaren Bereichen • Freude an praxisnaher Produktentwicklung und technischen Lösungen • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise • Interesse an Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung • Französisch von Vorteil, Englisch ein Plus
