Für unseren Hauptsitz in b. Bern BE suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Stv. Leiter Finanzen 100% (m/w/d) Dein Aufgabengebiet: Unterstützung der Leitung Finanzen bei sämtlichen finanzrelevanten Aufgaben sowie Übernahme der Stellvertretung bei deren Abwesenheit Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemässe Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung Beratung und Unterstützung in den Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung Kompetente telefonische Auskunftserteilung an Kunden und Lieferanten Mitarbeit bei Monats\-, Quartals\-, und Jahresabschlüssen Unterstützung bei Budgetierung, bei Forecasts und im Finanzreporting Überwachung, Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsys tems (IKS) Gewährleistung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und interner Vorgaben Ansprechpartner/in für Revisionsstellen sowie interne und externe Anspruchs gruppen Mitarbeit in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten sowie bei Prozessoptimierungen und Digitalisierungsvorhaben im Finanzbereich Erstellung von Analysen, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management Dein Profil: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung Weiterbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Finanz, und Rechnungswesen mit eidg.
