Mit einem klaren Fokus auf Qualität, Kundennähe und Innovationskraft hat sich die Firma über Jahrzehnte hinweg einen erstklassigen Ruf erarbeitet. Um die Nachfolge des aktuellen Stelleninhabers langfristig und erfolgreich zu sichern, suchen wir eine ambitionierte Führungspersönlichkeit. Übergeordnete Zielsetzung der Stelle: Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen, effizienten und kundenorientierten Abwicklung des gesamten Ersatzteilgeschäfts. Sie entlasten den aktuellen Leiter im Tagesgeschäft und übernehmen mittelfristig die Nachfolge mit der Verantwortung für den Ersatzteilhandel \& den Kundendienst. Aufgabengebiet Operative Stellvertretung \& Tagesgeschäft Stellvertretung: der Abteilung bei Abwesenheit des Leiters Betreuung von über 2'000 Spezialteilen: Koordination des hauseigenen Lagers und des Online\-Shops Digitalisierung: Betreuung der Social Media\-Posts, Betreuung und Ausbau des Webshops sowie Mitwirkung in Projekten Kundenberatung: Fachliche und kompetente Beratung der anspruchsvollen Kundschaft. Auftragsabwicklung: Effiziente Erfassung, Abwicklung und Überwachung von Ersatzteilbestellungen im ERP\-System. Nachfertigung organisieren: Da viele Originalteile ab Werk nicht mehr existieren, initiiert der Leiter und Stv. Leiter Eigenproduktionen oder Spezialanfertigungen im CAD\-Bereich. Lieferantenpflege: Verhandlung mit Giessereien, mechanischen Werkstätten und Spezialbetrieben, die nach alten Plänen Bauteile (z. B. Getriebeteile, Pedalgummis oder Kupplungen) neu auflegen Lagerbewirtschaftung \& Controlling: Überwachung von Beständen, Vermeidung von Fehlbeständen bei gängigen Verschleissteilen (wie Filtern oder Dichtungen) und Kalkulation von Preisen Was Sie mitbringen sollten: Ausbildung \& Fachkompetenz Grundbildung: Technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung (z. B. Automobil\-Mechatroniker, Landmaschinenmechaniker, Polymechaniker oder Logistiker). Weiterbildung: Kaufmännische Weiterbildung (z. B. Technischer , Logistikfachmann, Prozessfachmann oder eidg. Diplom). Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Ersatzteilwesen, After\-Sales\-Service oder im technischen Handel. Führung: Erste Führungserfahrung (z. B. als Teamleiter oder Stv.) ist von grossem Vorteil, jedoch wird ein hohes Führungspotenzial vorausgesetzt. IT\-Kenntnisse: Sehr guter Umgang mit modernen ERP\-Systemen (z. B. SAP, MS Dynamics) und den MS\-Office\-Anwendungen. Sprachkompetenzen Deutsch: Muttersprache (stilsicher in Wort und Schrift).Weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil) Soft Skills \& Persönlichkeit Unternehmerisches Denken:Sie agieren lösungsorientiert, behalten das grosse Ganze im Auge und wollen etwas bewegen. Kommunikationsstärke: Sie besitzen Verhandlungsgeschick und ein natürliches, gewinnendes Auftreten. Belastbarkeit: Auch in hektischen Zeiten bleiben Sie strukturiert, durchsetzungsstark und behalten den Überblick. Es erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle Position in einem krisensicheren Branchenumfeld mit sehr guten Sozialleistungen.
